FREE Wednesday Webinars

A robust series of free, weekly, one-hour webinars focused on energy efficiency in residential and commercial structures runs through Sept. 6.

The Wednesday Webinar Series is offered every Wednesday, from 12 to 1 p.m., with a different topic offered each week.

September 6 - All About Compliance Snapshots: Take a look at what a jurisdiction’s policies and procedures are when it comes to applying for building permits, as well as performing plan review and inspections, so that tools can be created, suggestions made to simplify or make the processes more efficient and identify future training needs.

The webinars are hosted by Colorado Code Consulting, the Colorado Energy Office and Xcel Energy. All webinars are eligible for 0.1 ICC CEU and 1 AIA learning unit.

CMC students from Carbondale work with Sunsense Solar to install 36 panels at the Colorado Animal Rescue shelter near the CMC Spring Valley campus. The array provides 30 percent of the shelter’s electricity needs.
